Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Lizhu Industrial Park Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): This project intends to build photovoltaic systems on the roofs of the Lizhu Group's Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory. The roofs of this project have color steel tiles and civil construction roofs. The Party A is responsible for providing the site required for the photovoltaic power station. The bidder is responsible for the investment, construction, acceptance, operation, and maintenance of the photovoltaic power station according to the site designated by Party A. The specific area available for photovoltaic installation is subject to the actual site survey by the bidder. The content of the bidding project includes the filing and approval of the photovoltaic power station project, design and construction, quality, safety, construction period, cost, training, acceptance, grid connection, and operation and maintenance during the operation period.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: The solar cell modules should have certifications that meet national standards or IEC standards. The model of the solar cell modules should be certified by CQC or TUV or equivalent third-party certification. Other specific requirements are detailed in the attachment "Photovoltaic System User Requirements Document," which must meet the technical requirements of Party A.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 4 months
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; registered capital must not be less than 100 million, and the average annual turnover in the past three years must not be less than 200 million RMB, based on the financial statements provided by the bidder for the past three years. In the past three years, the bidder must have invested in and completed no less than 5 distributed or centralized photovoltaic projects of 6MWp or above (provide the grid connection acceptance opinion from the power supply bureau); the bidder must have after-sales maintenance, service facilities, and spare parts inventory within China, and be able to supply spare parts and consumables for a long time; able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of contracts, annual financial statements, number of cases in the past three years, photocopy of contracts from the previous year (for cases with installed capacity of photovoltaic projects above 6MW, attach photocopies of contracts, no limit on quantity), contact person and communication method (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review

Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately about obtaining the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). The "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
