Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Lyophilized Product Leak Detection Machine Equipment of Livzon Group's Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: North Chuangye Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content: Leak detection machine for lyophilized vials of Livzon sterile preparations;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: This time, we need to purchase a leak detection machine for lyophilized vials used in sterile lyophilized preparations of 2ml, 10ml, and 25ml. The leak detection includes two methods: pressure decay method and headspace residual oxygen analysis method. Both methods can achieve simultaneous detection for mutual verification. The pressure decay method should be able to detect leaks of 5-10μm in lyophilized preparations, and the theoretical minimum detection limit of the laser headspace residual oxygen analyzer can be less than 0.1μm, with a detection speed exceeding 400 vials per minute.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability. The annual revenue of the group to which the bidding brand belongs should not be less than 100 million RMB. The equipment should have been used by large well-known pharmaceutical companies both internationally and domestically, and should be able to send a technical person to conduct technical exchanges and answer technical questions within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback to confirm the bidding qualification for those potential bidders who meet the requirements.
