Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Main Production Equipment of Synthesis Workshop One of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Wanfang Industrial Park, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic
(3) Procurement Content: Stainless steel tank equipment, stainless steel reaction tanks, enamel reaction tanks, pure titanium reaction tanks, single cone dryers, double cone dryers, vacuum scraper concentrators, bag shaking scraper lower discharge centrifuges, electric sterilization cabinets, spray drying towers, swing granulators, transfer windows, vacuum units, etc. See URS for details.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet user URS requirements, comply with the latest GMP requirements for pharmaceutical equipment. Have relevant manufacturing qualifications, be honest and trustworthy with no bad records, product quality is reliable and industry-leading in the country, and after-sale service is timely.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) This bidding is for high-quality brands at home and abroad, belonging to upstream products in the same industry, legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, and capable of independently assuming civil liability. Registered capital of no less than 10 million yuan, equipment manufacturers with an annual revenue of no less than 50 million in 2021, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical Q&A within the specified time and responsible for installation and commissioning.
(2) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
(3) Bid Security: 50,000 yuan
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
