2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
Registration time: Deadline within five (5) days from the date of posting.
Registration method: Send registration materials (please indicate the name of the bidding project) to the dedicated bidding registration email.

Qualification pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback to potential bidders who meet the requirements and confirm their bidding qualifications. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
