Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Packaging Line Equipment of Small Volume Injection Workshop 2
(2) Project Implementation Location: Small Volume Injection Workshop 2 of Limin Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Equipment Engineering):
1. Design of packaging line equipment;
2. Manufacturing of packaging line equipment;
3. Installation guidance for packaging line equipment;
4. Overall line debugging and related validation of packaging line equipment;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the current version of relevant specifications and design drawings;
(5) Manufacturing period: 80 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Must have a valid business license and relevant quality system certification, have the ability to independently bear civil liability, possess independent legal person status, and the bidder should have good financial status and business reputation, not under any order to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy status; the bidding equipment must be a fully servo-controlled integrated machine for box packing and packaging line assembly with mature technology; last year's operating income should not be less than 50 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to conduct on-site inspection and technical Q&A before November 7, 2022;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, scanned copies of original contracts for similar projects of fully servo-controlled integrated machines for box packing and packaging line assembly since January 1, 2021, financial statements for the past two years, bank credit certificates, contact person and communication methods (the above documents must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
