Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project
One、 Bidding project introduction
(Two) Project implementation location: No. 8 Shilong Avenue, Xinjicun Committee, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City
(Three) Procurement content: 1 item of API synthesis equipment;
(Four) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the latest GMP/FDA/EUGMP standards、 Meet user needs;
(Five) Equipment delivery period( Project duration) : Delivery within 120 days after the party A issues the bid notification.
Two、 Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, Have the ability to independently bear civil liability, Last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, Able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) from the legal person、 Copy of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID card、 Copy of business license、 Copy of qualification certificate、 Copy of credit certificate、 Copy of contract + summary table of achievements in the past 3 years( Contracts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with a unit price of over 1 million) 、 Annual financial statements、 Contact person and communication method( The above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit) .
