Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Microscopic Confocal Raman Spectrometer Equipment of Livzon Group Microball Company
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Main unit of microscopic laser confocal Raman spectrometer (including spectrometer main unit, control system, CCD detector, etc.); complete set of optical components for 532nm (including laser, beam expander, filter, grating, mirror group, etc.); complete set of optical components for 785nm (including laser, beam expander, filter, grating, mirror group, etc.) (procurement detailed according to URS requirements)
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Acceptance according to user requirements
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): 150 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 25 million yuan, imported brands, and able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
Registration time: Deadline within 3 days from the date of posting

Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
