Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
Project Name: Clean Room Air Conditioning Automatic Control System Renovation Project
Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
Procurement Content (Scope of Work): A set of sterile air conditioning BMS system.
Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the engineering quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 30 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, registered capital not less than 10 million, with rich experience in BMS engineering installation in the pharmaceutical industry, able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for automatic control systems with cases over 3 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
