Our company intends to bid for the following procurement equipment. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement of Chromatography Data System (CDS) for Zhuhai Free Trade Zone Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 22 Lianfeng Road, Zhuhai Free Trade Zone
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. One set of Chromatography Data System (CDS):
2. Network version system, CDS must support mutual control of instruments within the network and data viewing;
3. Good compatibility with existing high-performance liquid chromatographs and gas chromatographs (10 HPLC + 5 GC);
4. Comply with current domestic and international authoritative requirements such as GMP and FDA 21 CFR 211,
5. Have a complete user system, permission levels, and audit tracking.
6. Operable data backup and recovery system.
7. IQ, OQ and other validations.
8. The manufacturer provides telephone support service and has a 72-hour on-site response.
Computer: Including 15 client computers and servers, controller computers.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): Delivered for use within about 60 days after signing the contract.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and materials to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and at least 5 similar projects in the domestic pharmaceutical industry in the past three years, having a technical service team and spare parts warehouse in the country to support after-sale service, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
