2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities, and having strong economic strength, good credit, and after-sale service capabilities. The previous year's operating income should not be less than 5 million yuan, and they must be able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods, and email (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
