Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Boilers and Supporting Facilities of Zhuhai Free Trade Zone Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Zhuhai Free Trade Zone
Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. Model Selection: Gas (Natural Gas) Boiler.
2. Rated Evaporation: 8t/h, Rated Steam Pressure: 1.0Mpa, Rated Thermal Efficiency: >95% (provide authoritative thermal testing report).
3. The boiler emission indicators comply with national and Guangdong Province boiler atmospheric pollutant emission standards, where Nox ≤ 30mg/Nm³.
4. Equipped with and increase flow meters, pressure gauges, and other accessories after the boiler. Boiler control method: fully automatic, with group control function, and can perform human-machine dialogue operation, compatible with the external transmission ports of 2 sets of 5-ton horizontal steam boilers on site, automatically adjusting the operating status of 3 boilers according to steam usage, and can control the boiler to start on time.
5. Provide a horizontal gas boiler (including steam distribution cylinder) that meets URS requirements. This equipment is a brand new genuine product produced by the original manufacturer, with clear relevant labels, complete certificates, intact packaging, normal equipment structure and function, and no scratches, cracks, dents, or damage on the appearance. The design, manufacturing, and acceptance of the boiler body must comply with national standards and relevant regulations of administrative management departments. The bidder must provide information on the origin and quality of the boiler materials (for imported materials, provide proof materials such as customs declaration forms, quality assurance certificates, etc.). The supply must include the boiler base and matching anchor bolts, etc. The installation dimensions of the boiler (including the burner) should meet the requirements of the boiler room area, and the boiler's service life should exceed 20 years.
6. Responsible for the transportation, unboxing, hoisting, positioning, installation, debugging of the equipment, and corresponding personnel operation, maintenance, and repair training, etc. (including the disassembly of the old boiler).
(4) The quality requirements for this bidding project: "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam or Hot Water Boilers", "Guangdong Province Boiler Atmospheric Pollutant Emission Standards" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, steel pressure vessels, and user demand requirements.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Completion within 30 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. This bidding is for a Sino-foreign joint venture brand, a legal enterprise with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a Chinese boiler manufacturing (Class A) production license, boiler installation, repair, and transformation Class A license; ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 system certification. Registered capital not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, qualification certificate, contract copies, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
