Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Relocation Project of Used Equipment in Production Workshop
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Relocation of used equipment in the production workshop (see the list for details)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with strong economic strength, good reputation, and after-sale service capabilities. The previous year's operating income should not be less than 3 million yuan, and must have a Grade 3 general contracting qualification for construction or a Grade 3 or above qualification for mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of qualification certificate, copy of the contract, two years of annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods and email (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is within 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)
