Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction Project for Solid Waste Sorting and Garbage Treatment Station of Livzon Group's Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: North Chuangye Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction area of approximately 350m² (subject to actual site inspection), including foundation engineering, steel structure engineering, water supply and drainage, and electrical installation.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Complete project construction within 30 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 5 million yuan, registered capital not less than 10 million yuan, possessing a Level 3 qualification for mechanical and electrical installation engineering contracting, or a Level 2 or above qualification for building decoration engineering contracting, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
