Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Air Compressor Unit Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
Procurement of 2 air compressors with a gas output of 14 -15 m³/min (2 variable frequency) and their post-processing systems, and air compressor system linkage control system. All equipment must be brand new, original products produced by the manufacturer, with clear labels, complete certificates, intact packaging, normal equipment structure and function, and no scratches, cracks, dents, or damage on the appearance.
The air compressor system mainly includes 2 water-cooled oil-free variable frequency compressors (gas output 14 -15 m³/min, outlet pressure 10bar), 2 micro-heat dryers (each with a processing capacity of ≥20 m³/min, with dew point detection), and 2 sets of 3-stage precision filters.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: "Drug Production Quality Management Standards" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, pharmaceutical machinery (equipment) implementation. General principles of drug production quality management standards, requirements for steel pressure vessels and user needs.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Arrival within 45 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. This bidding is for Sino-foreign joint venture brands or foreign brands, legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 40 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
