Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: QC Construction Project Procurement of Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: North Chuangye Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction area of approximately 1100m², purification decoration project, ventilation and air conditioning project, electrical lighting project, public pipeline project (industrial steam, chilled water, condensate water, drinking water, etc.), water supply and drainage project, fire protection project (compliant with specifications and accepted by Zhuhai Fire Department), flooring project, cooperation with the installation of newly purchased equipment, clean room and air conditioning system validation services.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%;
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): Complete project construction within 60 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, registered capital not less than 50 million yuan, possessing a level three qualification for construction electromechanical installation engineering, level two or above qualification for construction decoration engineering, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for purification decoration cases over 10 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
