Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Laboratory Renovation Project of Zhuhai Free Trade Zone Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: 3rd Floor, Building 7
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction of laboratories on the 3rd floor of Building 7, purification decoration project, ventilation and air conditioning project, electrical lighting project, public pipeline project (industrial steam, chilled water, condensate, drinking water, etc.), water supply and drainage project, and supporting facilities.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The bidding units must have experience in constructing medical-related laboratories, ensuring a first-time pass rate of 100% for project quality, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Project Duration: 40 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
