Our company intends to bid for the following materials. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory Machining Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (including but not limited to, partial response based on actual conditions):
1. Stainless steel products: including but not limited to operation tables, record tables, stainless steel barrels, sinks, shelves, step stools, shoe change stools, T-frames, stainless steel carts, stainless steel cabinets, etc. used in production or inspection rooms;
2. Mold processing: processing equipment spare parts according to the drawings provided by the owner or on-site physical measurement, materials not limited to common materials such as stainless steel, polyoxymethylene, aluminum alloy, etc.;
3. Engineering rectification: including stainless steel pipeline rectification, installation of stainless steel anti-collision barriers and protective nets according to the actual situation on-site, installation of stainless steel ladders, installation of stainless steel platforms, and non-standard stainless steel production of water trays, protective covers, etc.
(4) Material Quality (or Service) Requirements:
1. Must meet our factory's technical requirements, manufacturing processes, processing technologies, product performance, and quality at the leading level internationally or domestically, be honest and trustworthy, have good after-sale service, have many domestic users, and have few quality issues and defect feedback.
2. Must meet our factory's urgent engineering needs, responding within 1 hour.
3. After winning the bid, sign an annual framework agreement, and provide drawings for all projects as required during the agreement period.
4. Cooperate with our company's information management requirements, quote according to our factory's quotation template, and use our company's SRM system for online quoting.
(5) Delivery Time: As agreed by both parties.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. A legal enterprise with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 3 million yuan, or having good cooperation experience in the pharmaceutical industry, meeting our company's business requirements after evaluation, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, list of machining customers and cases in the past three years, scanned copy of the machining service contract for the last year (top five contract amounts, can mask parts involving commercial secrets), list of factory machining equipment configuration (such as CNC machine tools, welding machines, etc.).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.

(4) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (5) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the LIZHU Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
