Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Raw Material Construction Project Supervision of Lizhu Group Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (East side of Daijiu Road, South side of Jianshe Road, Ma Village District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province)
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Supervision of the new plant construction (engineering) project (including civil engineering, electromechanical installation, etc.)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Supervision and management of quality, safety, and progress according to relevant supervision engineering implementation rules and supervision engineering management specifications.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Engineering Duration): Subject to the subsequent contract.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Bidders must have independent legal person status, hold a business license issued by the industrial and commercial administration department, and operate according to national laws; bidders must have comprehensive engineering supervision qualifications or professional grade A and above qualifications; the project chief supervision engineer must hold a registered supervision engineer practice certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China, and their registered specialty must be housing construction engineering, with the registered practice unit being our company, and must have an intermediate or above professional title.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, contact person and communication method (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 working days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
