Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The information technology construction project of the Guangda new factory includes: access control, monitoring, one-card system, barrier gate, network system, information center, etc. (For specific implementation scope, please refer to the bidding documents for the information technology construction project)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and at least one contract amount greater than 2 million yuan for similar projects.
2. The qualifications of the applying enterprise should include ISO9001 quality management system certification and a third-level or above qualification for electronic and intelligent engineering contracting.
3. Materials to be submitted for application: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, photocopies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
