Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Animal Room, Cell Air Conditioning Self-Control Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content:
This procurement includes a set of animal room and cell air conditioning self-control system, including on-site installation, 3Q validation services, and training, etc.;
This equipment achieves international advanced levels in design, construction, and operational performance, complies with the requirements of China, FDA, EU GMP, and GSP regulations, ensuring that there are guidelines to follow during design, construction, and validation.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: meet the relevant quality requirements for pharmaceutical engineering, simple operation, and related functions meet the URS requirements.
(5) Equipment delivery period: 2 months after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; registered capital not less than 10 million yuan, last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site or online for technical inquiries within the specified time; the enterprise should have corresponding qualifications for control system installation or sales.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 3 days from the date of posting.
