Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Outdoor Pipeline Renovation Project of the Fire Foam Hydrant System in the Factory Area
(2) Project Implementation Location: Li Zhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Stacking Shed, Raw Material Tank Area, Building 8 (from the first floor vertical pipe to the outdoors), Original Stacking Barrel Shed, Foam Firefighting Pipe Outlet at the Foam Receiving Station, etc.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Outdoor pipelines of the factory fire foam hydrant system, outdoor foam fire hydrants, foam system connectors, valves, anti-sinking expansion joints, pipeline supports, brackets, pavement, excavation and restoration of the stacking yard, excavation and restoration of green belts, waste soil transportation, removal and sealing of the original outdoor foam fire hydrants, and other installation works.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the current fire safety standards and construction quality acceptance standards.
(5) Project Duration: 60 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the enterprise's credentials should be at least Level 1 in fire facility engineering.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact information of the registration contact (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. To reduce the impact of the pandemic on construction progress, the bidding unit must arrange personnel to familiarize themselves with the construction site before bidding; at the same time, ensure that construction personnel can effectively work in Zhuhai.
