Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Construction General Contracting Project for Raw Materials of Livzon Group Jiaozuo Livzon Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Construction Unit: Jiaozuo Livzon Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Jiaozuo Livzon Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (East side of Daijiu Road, South side of Jianshe Road, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province)
(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1. Comprehensive Quality Inspection Administrative Building with a total construction area of 5233.37㎡, a four-story reinforced concrete frame structure building above ground; 2. Shift Dormitory and Central Control Room with a total construction area of 1770.67㎡, where the dormitory is a three-story reinforced concrete frame structure building above ground (designed based on a five-story foundation), and the central control room is a one-story reinforced concrete structure above ground; 4. Power Workshop with a total construction area of 1229.5㎡, a one-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 5. Synthesis Workshop with a total construction area of 5669㎡, a three-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 6. Class A Warehouse with a construction area of 732.72㎡, a one-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 7. Class C Warehouse with a total construction area of 2704.46㎡, a two-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground (foundation designed for four stories); 8. Hazardous Waste Warehouse with a construction area of 736.76㎡, a one-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 9. Personnel Flow Guard Room with a total construction area of 71.46㎡, a one-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 10. Logistics Guard Room with a total construction area of 15.48㎡, a one-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 11. Tank Area occupying an area of 936.54㎡, with a construction area of 69.82㎡; 12. Fire Water Pool occupying an area of 156㎡; 13. Accident Water Pool occupying an area of 756㎡. Including water supply and drainage, electrical, construction, structural, HVAC, fire protection, and other specialties.
(5) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the engineering quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Subject to the subsequent contract.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 300 million yuan, able to send a technical person to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a first-class general contracting qualification for construction projects and other qualifications; those with experience or achievements in pharmaceutical production enterprise construction are preferred.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credential proof, copies of some contracts, performance in the last three years, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods and email (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
