Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project

Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Office Building (1# Industrial Building) covers an area of 1479.83㎡, total building area of 6552.06㎡, six-story reinforced concrete frame structure building above ground; Dormitory Building (2# Industrial Building) covers an area of 1135.03㎡, total building area of 4606.36㎡, four-story reinforced concrete frame structure building above ground; Canteen (3# Industrial Building) covers an area of 638.72㎡, total building area of 638.72㎡, one-story frame structure above ground; Guard House 1 covers an area of 84.08㎡, building area of 74.6㎡, one-story frame structure above ground; Guard House 2 covers an area of 98.34㎡, building area of 73.58㎡, one-story frame structure above ground; Guard House 3 covers an area of 25.69㎡, building area of 25.69㎡, one-story frame structure above ground. Includes water, electricity, construction, structure, HVAC, and other specialties, excluding fire protection specialty.
(5) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the engineering quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party.
(6) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Subject to the subsequent contract.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 150 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a second-level general contracting qualification for construction engineering or above.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the credential certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods and email (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration time: Deadline within 10 days from the date of posting.
