2. Qualifications Required for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 45 million yuan, and able to send technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. The enterprise's credentials should have a construction engineering general contracting level 2 or above, or electromechanical engineering general contracting level 2 or above, or electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level 2 or above, or fire protection facility engineering professional contracting level 2 or above, or building decoration engineering professional contracting level 2 or above qualifications;
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods and email (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
