Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Cleanroom Construction Project for Workshop 303 Renovation
(2) Project Implementation Location: Building 8, Workshop 303, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (4th and 5th Floors)
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Cleanroom construction for Workshop 303 (brick walls, foundation, equipment, pipelines, electrical instruments, electrical cables, clean area air conditioning system, color steel plate installation, etc.)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Sterile clean area B+ and A-level engineering projects must be constructed more than twice and pass official inspections.
(5) Project Duration: 45 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the enterprise credentials should include a secondary or above qualification for building electromechanical installation engineering and a secondary or above qualification for building decoration engineering.
2. Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. To reduce the impact of the pandemic on construction progress, the bidding unit must arrange personnel to familiarize themselves with the construction site before bidding; at the same time, ensure that construction personnel can effectively work in Zhuhai.
4. A deposit of 20,000 yuan must be paid for bidding.
