Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Environmental Impact Assessment for Technological Transformation and Expansion
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 22 Lianfeng Road, Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, Zhuhai Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content: Environmental impact assessment for technological transformation and expansion, relying on existing equipment to expand products such as guanidine salt, fluorolefin, flumethasone, chlorpheniramine, pirimethamine, luliconazole, and fumaric acid volasertib (products may be added before the contract is signed, provided it does not affect the progress of the environmental impact assessment).
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Obtain environmental impact assessment approval.
(5) Project Duration: 6 months
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time, and designate at least one environmental assessment engineer with no less than 3 cases of pharmaceutical environmental assessment report preparation for project implementation.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, screenshots of environmental assessment credit status, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
