2. BiddingRegistrationQualifications Requirementsand Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises registering for engineering projects should have a general contracting qualification of level three or above in electromechanical installation engineering and a special equipment production license (pressure pipeline installation) qualification.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
