Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Energy-saving Renovation Project of Central Air Conditioning System for Lizhu Reagent Production.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Roof of Building 2, Lizhu Reagent Company, No. 266 Tongchang Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The scope of work includes: disassembly and assembly of old equipment, construction of color steel plate machine room, installation of equipment and machine room steel frame foundation, purchase and installation of water-cooled screw main engine, purchase and installation of cooling tower water pump, electrical engineering for equipment power, installation of circulating pipeline valves, automatic control engineering, project operation debugging and acceptance.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the project quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the client's URS requirements.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 2 months.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the qualifications of the registering enterprise should have a construction electromechanical installation engineering professional contracting level 3 or above.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
