Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of sending technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering project qualifications should have a construction engineering general contracting level 3 or above; enterprises applying for greening qualifications must have the ability to independently bear civil liability. All applying enterprises should have an annual revenue of no less than 5 million yuan.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
