Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1.Bidding Project Overview
(1) Project Name:Lizhu Industrial Park Boiler and Supporting Facilities Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location:Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Project Scope):
1. Selection: Gas (Natural Gas) Boiler.
2. Rated evaporation capacity: 4t/h, rated steam pressure: 1.0Mpa,Rated thermal efficiency: >95%(provide authoritative thermal testing report).
3. The boiler emission indicators comply with national and Guangdong Province boiler atmospheric pollutant emission standards, where Nox≤50mg/Nm³.
4. Equipped with and increased flow meters, pressure gauges, and other accessories after the boiler.Boiler control method: fully automatic, with group control function, capable of human-machine dialogue operation, compatible with the external transmission ports of 5 units of 2-ton vertical steam boilers, automatically adjusting the operating status of 6 boilers based on steam usage, and capable of timed start control for the boilers.
5.Provide vertical gas boilers that meet theURSrequirements. The equipment must be brand new, produced by the original manufacturer, with clear relevant labels, complete certificates, intact packaging, normal equipment structure and function, and no scratches, cracks, dents, or damage on the appearance.The design, manufacturing, and acceptance of the boiler body must comply with national standards and relevant regulations of the administrative management departments. Bidders must provide information on the origin and quality of the boiler materials (for imported materials, provide proof such as customs declaration forms, quality assurance certificates, etc.). The supply must include the boiler base and matching anchor bolts, etc. The installation dimensions of the boiler (including the burner) must meet the requirements of the boiler room's building area, and the boiler's service life must exceed 20 years.
6. Responsible for the transportation, unboxing, hoisting, positioning, installation, debugging of the equipment, and corresponding personnel's operation, maintenance, and repair training, etc.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:"Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam or Hot Water Boilers","Guangdong Province Boiler Atmospheric Pollutant Emission Standards"and its appendix,Industrial Automation Instrument Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications,Steel Pressure Vessel and User Requirements.

This bidding is for a Sino-foreign joint venture brand, legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a Chinese boiler manufacturing (Class B) production license, boiler installation, repair, and modification Class B license; I
SO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001system certification. Registered capital not less than 10,000 yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.2.
