Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: New East Line Industrial Steam Pipeline Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This new East Line industrial steam pipeline starts from the gas cylinder position of the boiler room in Lizhu Industrial Park, follows the direction of the park's east line steam pipeline to the P06 building, and ultimately connects to the steam main pipeline in the overhead layer of the P06 building.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The contractor is responsible for all industrial steam pipeline piping construction, installation, pressure pipeline declaration and testing, pipeline foundation construction, as well as the installation and debugging of related supporting valves and drainage facilities.
(5) Qualification Requirements for Bidding Units: Bidding units must possess a "Special Equipment Installation, Modification, and Maintenance License" and relevant design and construction qualifications for pressure pipelines (GC2 level).
(6) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Completion within 30 days after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, qualification proof, contract copies, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
