Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
3. The fixed terminal configuration used should not be lower than:
21.5 inches / CX J1900 processor with a main frequency of 2.0G / 8G memory / 500G storage / WiFi Bluetooth / resolution 1920*1080 / capacitive touch / Windows system / main interfaces: USB*4, Ethernet*1, serial port*2, requiring protection level IP65 or above, recommended brand Siemens.
4. The mobile terminal configuration used should not be lower than:
10.1 inches / MT6771 / 6G memory / 128G hard disk / WiFi Bluetooth GPS / resolution 1280*800 / 400 brightness / Android 11 / NFC / QR code module, Android system, requiring protection level IP65 or above, recommended brand Siemens.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials (please indicate the name of the bidding project) to the dedicated bidding registration email.

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
