Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Generators
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
This procurement project for hydrogen peroxide gas generators includes: 4 VHP generators and 4 diffusers and control systems (due to the different sterilization effectiveness of the equipment, the quantity of equipment can be adjusted after communication and agreement).
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Production" and its appendices, industrial automation instrument engineering construction and acceptance specifications, general principles for implementing good manufacturing practices for pharmaceutical machinery (equipment), and user requirements.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): Delivery within 4 months after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, registered capital of no less than 5 million, and the ability to independently bear civil liability; rich experience in related engineering projects of hydrogen peroxide gas generators; the bidding equipment must be of imported brand; able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The bidder will be notified separately to obtain the bidding documents and the bidding deadline.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
