(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Liquid ring vacuum pump system, system vacuum generation capacity: ≥9000m³/h, vacuum degree: -0.04~-0.095Mpa,
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, not listed as dishonest persons by the people's court, with no bad credit records, and vacuum pump agents with last year's sales not less than 8 million yuan.
2. The registering enterprise must be a vacuum pump manufacturer or authorized by the manufacturer.
3. Registration requires submission of materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, recent annual financial statements, copies of business licenses, copies of qualification certificates, achievements in the past three years (for vacuum pump manufacturers), and copies of some contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
