Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement and Installation Project of Sewage Treatment Station Equipment of Livzon Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nangang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Procurement of environmental protection equipment for the sewage treatment system, installation of automatic control instruments and electrical equipment, anti-corrosion and other works
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Level 2 or above qualification for environmental engineering construction contracting, preparation of a detailed and feasible construction schedule according to the construction period requirements (including personnel and machinery entry time, material arrival time, and construction time, etc.)
(5) Construction Period: 60 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have level 2 or above qualifications for environmental engineering construction contracting; experience in the installation of electromechanical works for sewage treatment tanks (provide professional qualifications and construction experience of project managers and main technical management personnel).
2. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, annual financial statements, photocopies of contracts for environmental engineering projects with a total price exceeding 5 million, photocopies of other construction contracts (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
