Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Rectification Project for Small Batch Workshop of Lijun Group Lijun Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: Small Batch Workshop on the Third Floor of Building P07
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Partial new clean room renovation project
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Lijun Group Lijun Pharmaceutical Factory plans to add granulation room, temporary storage room, and other clean area buildings in workshop LZ006 of Building P07. The technical standards for the new buildings, design, construction, and validation must comply with national requirements for cleanroom construction in the pharmaceutical industry, national GMP requirements, and the client's URS usage requirements.
(5) Project Duration: 30 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the enterprise's credentials should include a level three or above qualification for mechanical and electrical installation engineering contracting and a level two or above qualification for building decoration engineering contracting.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
