Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Drug Supervision Code System of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 5 production lines for drug supervision codes and 2 sets of production logistics code systems, including: laser coding machines, electronic supervision code systems, visual inspection, production logistics code system equipment, etc. For details, please refer to the requirements of the bidding documents for the drug supervision code system.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 40 million yuan.
2. The registered enterprise's credentials should include ISO9001 quality system certification and the ability to provide DQ/IQ/OQ validation services that fully comply with the 2010 version of GMP and its new appendix one "Computerized Systems" validation requirements, along with corresponding proof.
3. Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, recent financial statements, photocopy of business license, photocopy of credentials, performance in the past two years, photocopies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
