Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Automatic Packaging Line of Granules of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 5 automatic packaging lines for granules, including: automatic opening, filling, sealing integrated machine, conveyor line equipment, defective product removal equipment, automatic packing machine, etc. For details, see the requirements of the bidding documents for the automatic packaging line.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with 2020 operating income not less than 40 million yuan, and at least 5 mature cases of automatic packaging lines since 2018 (provide copies of some contracts).
2. The registered enterprise's credentials should include ISO9001 quality system certification.
3. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, 2020 financial statements, copies of business licenses, copies of credential proofs, performance in the past three years, and copies of some contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
