(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Purchase 1 spray drying tower with a moisture evaporation capacity of ≥50kg/h for the new water extraction workshop in Building 3#-1, see URS requirements for details.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: According to the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): According to the requirements of the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently bearing civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the entrusted person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, and recent financial statements. All submitted materials and photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit.
