(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Installation of air compressor pipelines and chilled water pipelines at Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; cable laying; installation of thermal pipelines
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents
(5) Project Duration: As per the requirements of the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with annual business revenue not less than 10 million yuan in the previous or current year.
2. Must have a second-level general contracting qualification for construction projects or a second-level or above qualification for mechanical and electrical installation engineering; must also have pressure pipeline installation qualifications;
3. Documents to be submitted for registration: Authorization (entrustment) letter from the legal person and contact information and email of the entrusted person, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopies of qualification documents, recent annual financial statements, achievements and copies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
