Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for 21 Stainless Steel Tank Equipment of Fuxing Company
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jiangyin Town, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content: 21 stainless steel tank equipment (pressure vessels), see URS for details
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: comply with pressure vessel design and manufacturing specifications, meet GMP requirements for pharmaceutical equipment. The manufacturer must have qualifications for pressure vessel manufacturing, advanced manufacturing processes, processing technology, advanced production equipment, scientific management, and product quality at the leading level in the industry; be honest and trustworthy, with good after-sale service. There are many domestic customers, with no major quality issues or defect feedback.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: Delivery within 45 days as required by our company after receiving the bid notification letter
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, having manufacturing experience of more than 50 sets of similar pharmaceutical equipment, and able to send a technical person in charge to participate in technical inquiries within the specified time; the enterprise qualifications for the project must have qualifications for pressure vessel manufacturing;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting
