Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: New Plant Design Project of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Southeast corner of the intersection of Jianshe Road and Daijiu Road in the Industrial Gathering Area, Mucun District, Jiaozuo City.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
To complete the construction of the plant, this project requires the preparation of a feasibility study report, design of the overall layout plan, design of construction drawings (including civil engineering, process pipelines, equipment layout, etc.), and preparation of a special fire protection design.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): As required by the bidding documents.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan.
2. The qualifications of the registering enterprise should have Class A design qualifications in chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries; and have corresponding design capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds.
3. The proposed project leader should have a registered chemical engineer or senior professional title, and other professional designers should meet the corresponding professional design requirements.
4. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, performance in the past three years, and copies of some contracts (the above copies need to be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
