Our company intends to bid for the following procurement equipment. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry System for Zhuhai Free Trade Zone Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 22 Lianfeng Road, Zhuhai Free Trade Zone
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
One liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system, the configuration must include a mass spectrometer (ESI ion source), a variable wavelength UV detector (wavelength range: 190~600nm), a quaternary pump, an automatic sampler, a column temperature box, a workstation (with electronic signature function), and a nitrogen generator.
Ion Source: ESI, APCI ion source can be selected
Scanning Mode: Full scan, selected ion scan
Tuning Method: Fully automatic tuning
Sensitivity: Positive ion mode, SIM mode: 1pg reserpine, S/NS>100:1
Mass Range: M/Z 10-2000

(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Delivery for use within about 60 days after signing the contract.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and having no less than 5 similar projects in the domestic pharmaceutical industry in the past three years, with a technical service team and spare parts support for after-sale service in the country, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
