Our company intends to bid for the following procurement equipment. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement of HPLC Liquid Chromatograph for Zhuhai Free Trade Zone Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 22 Lianfeng Road, Zhuhai Free Trade Zone
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
One high-performance liquid chromatograph with UV detector and electrospray detector, including a UV detector (deuterium lamp wavelength range: 190-750 nm), electrospray detector (maximum acquisition frequency: 100Hz), valve switching, quaternary pump, automatic sampler, column temperature box, and workstation.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Delivered for use within about 60 days after signing the contract.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and at least 5 similar projects in the domestic pharmaceutical industry in the past three years, having a technical service team and spare parts support for after-sale service in the country, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
