Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Waste Gas Collection and Treatment Equipment (Engineering) Procurement Project for Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Two sets of washing towers + two sets of biodegradable towers and supporting duct installation;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
1. According to the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry" (GB37823-2019) and the national "Odor Pollutant Emission Standards" (GB14554-1993) second period level two standard requirements.
2. Each wastewater pool that needs to treat waste gas must achieve a slightly negative pressure state, and there should be no odor generated around each equipment, pipeline, and final discharge outlet.
3. Due to the sensitive location of the company, adjacent to residential areas, stricter standards than the first standard will be implemented: ammonia <15mg/m3; hydrogen sulfide <2.5mg/m3; total non-methane hydrocarbons <50mg/m3; odor concentration <300.

2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within 3 days from the date of posting.
