Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement and Installation Project for the Second Solvent Recovery Equipment of Lizhu Fuxing Workshop
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jiangyin Town, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content:
This procurement involves the procurement of distillation/membrane dehydration equipment for processing 15,000 tons of waste ethanol and 25,000 tons of waste acetone annually. The project scope includes design, manufacturing, transportation, on-site installation, debugging, industrial trial operation, acceptance, technical training, equipment warranty, and after-sale service. This project is a turnkey project for equipment procurement, installation, and debugging, with the bidder providing the corresponding public systems.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project:
Safe operation, advanced design, low energy consumption, reasonable structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and the technical level can reach the advanced level of similar products internationally today.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: Total construction period for equipment manufacturing and installation is 90 days.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with registered capital of over 10 million, possessing pressure vessel manufacturing qualifications, and last year's revenue not less than 80 million; having more than 10 cases of solvent recovery projects such as ethanol and acetone of 15,000 tons/year or more, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
