Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Pure Steam Generators
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content:
1. This procurement of pure steam generators includes 3Q validation services and training, on-site installation guidance, and on-site public system interface installation guidance, etc.;
2. The equipment in this procurement meets international advanced levels in design, construction, and operational performance, complies with the requirements of China, FDA, EU GMP, and GSP regulations, ensuring that there are guidelines to follow during design, construction, and validation.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: meet the quality requirements for pure steam used in pharmaceuticals, easy to operate, and related functions meet the URS requirements.
(5) Equipment delivery period: 5 months after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Imported brands, legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; registered capital of no less than 3 million yuan, last year's operating income of no less than 50 million yuan, able to send a technical person on-site or online for technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact information of the registration contact (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 3 days from the date of posting.
