Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Ground Renovation Project of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory Storage and Logistics Area
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content:
1. Ground renovation project of Lizhu storage and logistics area, including the laying of approximately 2000 square meters of new area and the renovation of approximately 4000 square meters of the original storage and logistics area.
2. Material Requirements: Polyurethane mortar + polyurethane matte surface flooring. The material requirements must use environmentally friendly materials, dust-free, and free of harmful substances.
3. Color: Two colors for the main logistics area and the pedestrian area.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project:
1. The ground must be slip-resistant and wear-resistant, capable of withstanding frequent operation of hard plastic or rubber and steel wheels, meeting the operational needs of AGV and automatic forklifts (including goods not less than 3 tons).
2. Oil stain resistant, easy to clean, resistant to cleaning agents and mechanical cleaning.
3. The ground should be smooth and flat, aesthetically pleasing, and highly visible.
4. Expansion joints should be flat, elastic, and facilitate the passage of AGV vehicles, with no height differences.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: The new ground project will be completed within 1 month, and the renovation of the ground project will be scheduled according to production time.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with registered capital of over 10 million or having secondary qualification for flooring construction, possessing brand authorization sales and construction certificates for imported flooring materials, and having at least 10 successful cases of flooring projects for well-known domestic enterprises and large foreign-funded pharmaceutical companies, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
