Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Disposable Liquid Preparation System
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content: This procurement of the disposable liquid preparation system includes preparation bags (with stirring system and weighing), receiving bags (including receiving bag rack, peristaltic pump), sterile wall-passing devices, etc.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the relevant quality requirements for disposable preparation bags, the transfer of liquid from Class C to Class B must meet sterile requirements, easy to operate, easy to clean, and related functions meet URS requirements.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 3 months after the contract is signed.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Import brands or well-known domestic brands, legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently bearing civil liability; registered capital not less than 6 million yuan, last year's operating income not less than 80 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. (6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
