Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project

(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Design, manufacturing, equipment transportation, insurance, installation, and after-sale service during the warranty period for laboratory furniture procurement, details are specified in the bidding document requirements.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the requirements of the bidding document
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding document
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability; the business scope must include the production of laboratory furniture and equipment.
The enterprise's operating status is good, with last year's revenue not less than 50 million yuan.
2. The enterprise must have at least 3 performance cases of laboratory furniture for pharmaceutical companies since 2018, with a single performance transaction amount of not less than 2 million yuan.
3. Laboratory ventilation furniture and equipment should meet American standard testing standards and satisfy the testing requirements of third-party testing companies for ventilation systems.
4. The registering enterprise should provide a valid business license, an overview of the bidding unit, ISO9001 certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, power of attorney, copies of the ID cards of the authorized person and the authorized representative, contact information and email of the authorized representative, last year's financial statements, and copies of relevant contracts for laboratory furniture achievements (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit, and original contracts are available for inspection).
